Experimentation in Art and Living is what drives Ashok Talwar.
The journey began in 1980 when his Guru OP Sharma gave him ' Diksha ' in photography, and that for him, was the holy dip in the ocean of creativity. He has participated in number of salons, won awards and appreciation.

 

Ashok is AIIPC, FPASP and a recipient of Life Time Achievement award of IIPC.

He has been president of IIPC for nearly a decade.

The focus then turned to films, serials and documentaries. Here he practiced and honed the art of cinematography, editing and direction. He has a number of popular serials to his credit - 'Police file se', 'Sigma', 'Maila aanchal' are just a few of them, for the latter he was awarded the Best Director's award.

Ashok's journey into the world of sculpting and paintings began in 1990's - His work on  human form is an personal artistic expression, acknowledged by connoisseurs and collectors alike. An intuitive belief in the power of creativity has made Ashok a sculptor, painter, builder of homes, a photographer, film-maker who defies categories.

At the age of 74 the journey continues - quest for the 'Anhad' even more gripping, more compelling........ 'Abhi Jahan aur bhi hain'
